Thread: Ghost Stories:: Rules:: All boards full -> e.g. Tea House ghost

hey guys,

I cannot remember how this one is ruled correctly and I couldn't find it in the guides etc. (even though I think its in there..)

If ALL 12 spaces in the game are occupied, can you use effects like the teahouse what causes a ghost to come into play?

- Can you use it and the ghost is simply not drawn?
- Can you use it and the ghost is not drawn, but the team loses one qi?
- Can you simply NOT use the tile?
